Studying in Canada: Costs, Intakes & the New Rules

Canada continues to attract Pakistani students with affordable education, post-graduation work permits and clear pathways to permanent residency. But 2024–2026 brought important rule changes you need to understand.

The Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL)

Most study permit applications now require a PAL from the province where you’ll study. Your institution helps issue this, and NTM manages the process for you.

Budgeting for Canada

  • Tuition: CAD 15,000–30,000 per year
  • Living costs: ~CAD 12,000–15,000 per year
  • Proof of funds via a GIC of CAD 20,635

Book a free consultation and we’ll map out a realistic budget and a strong study permit strategy for your chosen program.
